Design, mechanical, electronic engineering, industrialization

Project abstract
Valeo specializes in cutting-edge solutions for intelligent mobility, autonomous vehicles, and reducing CO2 emissions. We collaborated with Valeo to design and industrialize an electric vehicle charging station, focusing on creating an affordable solution for mass production.
Technical developments
- Developed a qualification and certification plan in accordance with IEC 61851 and IEC 61439 standards, along with overseeing tests in collaboration with the control office.
- Transferred the manufacturing documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, test bench setup, and product knowledge) to the selected EMS and provided support to the customer during the production launch phase.
- Designed and optimized a series of injected parts, focusing on material selection, cost-effective design, and mold analysis and validation (patent registered by Valeo).
Key achievements
- Produced multiple batches of bollards (20, 80, and 50 units) to facilitate qualification, pre-certification, and certification processes.
