Redesign and sourcing of a premium beverage cooling system
With this redesign and sourcing project, LeChiller® rethought its refrigeration system to deliver a more high-performance, industrial-ready solution. Kickmaker’s teams provided technical support throughout the project.
Project abstract
◾️ The challenge:
LeChiller® wanted to develop a new version of its beverage cooling system. The concept is based on a reservoir that cools a water–glycol mixture down to −35°C, into which bottles are inserted without direct contact with the liquid. The goal was to optimize the design and industrialize production while ensuring performance and reliability.
◾️ The solution:
Kickmaker supported LeChiller® in redesigning the product, optimizing the design and identifying industrial partners capable of manufacturing the new version in Europe.

Technical developments
